What is the CECPTA?
CECPTA stands for Carrollton Early
Childhood Parent Teacher Association,
better known as the Carrollton Early
Childhood PTA. This means that anyone in
the general area of Carrollton can join.
Do I have to go to the meetings? I just want
to join for the parties and playgroups.
No, attendance is not mandatory at any of our
meetings. Lots of people join just for those
very reasons and many never attend a
meeting.
Why would I join an early childhood PTA?
My child is not in school yet and doesn't
have a teacher.
We are really just a parent's organization that
provides support and activities for parents of
infants and toddlers. We are part of the
National PTA so that's why that acronym is in
our name.
How do I join?
Simply print out the application. Fill it out and
mail it and your check for $25.00 made out to
CECPTA
